The vintage photo was taken about 12 years ago. OhMyGosh. 12 years??? I couldn't believe that was 12 years ago already. I still remember what had happened during those years. Well, sort of. We were celebrating our New years eve back then. I'm not sure if Papa took that photo. The latest one was taken about 4 hours ago. Papa's still working in States. We miss you. Couldn't wait for you to come home already to celebrate New Year again with us. :)

Haha! It wasn't the surprise yell I got for this whole month of December. December is the season which we can receive and give gifts for anyone. I felt it that way because I was able to received gifts from the people I love. And gave some for them as well. :)
Kris Kringle with friends is so much fun ... and very touching. :D
Every once in a week became a kris kringle day with my Deverj friends. We started it last December 4 and ended up at December 23. That was my idea and thank God they agreed. We always draw names for another theme for us to be able to challenge ourselves if we really knew that person. There should always be a message and it should be presentably wrapped. Then explained it after why we chose that gift for him/her and explained again the effort we put on it as we bought it. Effort Much! Haha!
For December 4. Something Star! - A pink star headband. I got this from Peng and I gave a star pin and a kitty keychain for Zel. :) "She knows that I love wearing headbands!"
For December 10. Something Green! - A very kikay green ballpen and a furry keychain. I got this from Jim and I gave a glow in the dark wall designs, green ballpen and green candleholder for Ochie. "This was funny because I'm with Ochie as I bought those gifts. She had no idea it was for her. Of course she already knew what's inside the wrapper as I gave it to her. lol."
For December 15. Something that starts with a letter of our name or nicknames! - Cologne and Candy. I got this from Dhei and I gave a letter necklace for Aubrey. "I can't think of anything that makes sense in Aubrey's name. Chos! I was expecting the whole day that Dhei's gift was for me. I knew it that it was a cologne or perfume. Good guess!"
For December 23. The Last! :c Something that represents that person! - Headband. I got this again from Dhei and I gave a personalized cd burn with all of our favorite songs and a key&locket keychain for Zel. "I gave songs to Zel because she's a good listener. For the key&locket keychain, she's a person that you should get to know better before knowing the real her. Just like a key and a locket, you should open first before to know what is inside. :) " "Apparently, I wasn't able to get a representation of myself in that headband so I'm a bit unsatisfied but I loved it so much. Much better if she put words into it. :)"

I just loved Surprises! From littlest to biggest things. Hand-made or even ready-made. :) Just like my songs, I always put them in a shuffle mode because I don't want to know what will be next. It wasn't thrilling at all, right?
But of course the Best Suprises were from the Best Persons you had or you'll ever have. :)
• He wants us to look at him whenever he talks about something, particularly when he tells a joke. He gets angry if we're not looking at him because he thinks we're not listening.
• He is always on the Go. Wherever.
• He argues a lot. As if he knows everything. Haha!
• He likes all kinds of food but apparently he's allergic on pungent or fishy foods.
• He loves Green! Just Like Me.
• He thinks he's cute. OhmyGod. :D
• He loves his Mom so much.

• He's not good at playing Basketball. A lot of guys have Basketball as a hobby. For him, it's not.
• He wants his family to appreciate every thing he does.
• You'll never get bore when you're with him.

I know I can write a lot more from this list, like forever. He is not your typical friend but he is one of the best. I' am so lucky to have him as one of my true friends. If I have a chance to choose a brother, that would definitely him.

I'm sorry if my post title wasn't that accurate enough for my today's post. Anyway, as long there is a word "Momma", probably it is somewhat close enough.
Okay. Today is a special occasion for me. Drum roll please .......
It's my Mama's Birthday Today! Yay! \o/
My sister and I planned a surprise gift for her. The gift was not that surprising for me but this was the time again that we gave something for her. Before, we used to make our own greeting cards for her and intendedly put it on her room. I don't know if that was surprising for her or probably she didn't like it either. Joke. Let's go back to our so called "surprise gift". I can't think of any thing (I mean it, thing) which will make her like it. And since she's maarte in clothes, shoes or whatsoever, we really didn't put an effort on it. Probably next year. Haha. Okay. Enough. We gave a CAKE. Yeah, a Cake. You read it right, Cake!!! And I think that's sweet.
I wasn't able to receive a hug or kiss from that. But I feel it and I see it in her eyes. :)
What's a great thing in having a Mom?

It's simply the way it is.
She is capable of doing a lot more than she thought she could. She's very realistic about life though stricter than my Dad. She can deal with anything. She can joke with you around. She's funny whenever she laughs exaggerately. She always gets up early to prepare breakfast for us eventhough I'm now in my 3rd year college. And that was very appreciating. And everything. :D
She's not perfect, of course. Sometimes I get irritated at her, only when she's angry because her mouth won't stop from speaking and sometimes she doesn't know what she says. But far better than that, sometimes she's cool. o_o
Thank you for everything and Sorry for being a prodigal daughter sometimes. Hahaha. >:)
